This place is a gem set just a 10 minute walk outside the busy Bellagio and with fantastic views of the lake. It's very clean and everywhere looks new and modern. There was aircon in our room which was unexpected but a bonus. The owner Gaia is so helpful. Breakfast was served on the patio with those amazing views.Its in a nice quiet area.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few nights while we visited Bellagio for a friend's wedding and our stay was excellent. The brother/sister duo that run this establishment are so sweet, they were available and helpful. Breakfast was great and when the weather's nice it's served in the garden.

Love it!!!

Great place! Convenient location, parking, great breakfast, extremely friendly staff, very clean, comfortable, modern and quiet. Loved out stay and loved Bellagio. Highly recommended! Bellagio is a great little town to spend a few days. Great cafes, restaurants and shopping along the lake, a few minutes from the hotel.
